Organon & CoVTAMA cream shows early and consistent improvements in atopic dermatitis across all age groups in pooled Phase 3 data, supporting its efficacy and potential market adoption.

Organon presented a post hoc analysis of pooled Phase 3 data showing that VTAMA cream demonstrated early and consistent improvements in atopic dermatitis across pediatric age groups and adults. The findings, from the ADORING 1 and ADORING 2 trials involving 813 patients with moderate to severe disease, were stratified into four age subsets: 2–6 years, 7–11 years, 12–17 years, and 18 years and older. Therapeutic responses measured by vIGA-AD and EASI75 emerged as early as week 2 and continued through week 8, with vIGA-AD response rates at week 8 reaching 56.3% versus 11.8% for vehicle in the youngest group and 38.0% versus 18.1% in adults. VTAMA cream is the first and only aryl hydrocarbon receptor agonist approved for both atopic dermatitis in patients 2 years and older and plaque psoriasis in adults.
