Thitipong Chulapornsiri, PTTGC's Senior Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting, said the bond issuance aims to optimize the company's capital structure and liquidity, with the proceeds used to replace cash the company set aside to repay debt. For its operating results in the first six months of 2026, GC reported a net profit of more than 15.4 billion baht and cash and cash equivalents of more than 54 billion baht. This year it faces total loan repayments of approximately 24 billion baht and plans to issue replacement bonds of no more than 17 billion baht.
