Subscription is divided into a first period between 14-15 September 2026 for holders of the PTTGC296A bonds, a second period between 16-17 September 2026 for the elderly, or those aged 60 and over in 2026, and a third period between 18 and 21 September 2026 for general retail investors, through six leading banks: Bangkok Bank, Krungthai Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, Kasikornbank, Siam Commercial Bank, and CIMB Thai Bank. The minimum subscription value is set at 100,000 baht, in multiples of 100,000 baht, with no limit on the subscription value for each investor.
