MicroStrategy IncorporatedTD Cowen lowered its price target on Strategy from $400 to $260 while maintaining a Buy rating.

Lance Vitanza, an analyst at U.S. investment bank TD Cowen, has set a year-end target price of $97,500 for Bitcoin. Bitcoin is currently trading in the $77,000 range, implying about 26% upside to the target. The new target is not a bullish call expecting record highs, but rather a realistic adjustment that factors in bottoming and market recovery toward year-end. The firm had previously forecast Bitcoin reaching $141,277 by the end of 2025 and $177,000–$225,000 in 2026–2027, but the revision significantly lowers those figures. The base-case scenario for the end of 2026 has also been cut from roughly $140,000 to about $100,000. Vitanza explained that the downward revision reflects recent weak price action rather than structural or fundamental deterioration, and pointed to regulatory clarity and potential inclusion in major indices as catalysts for a rebound. In related stock assessments, the firm lowered its price target on Strategy, the U.S. company that holds a large amount of Bitcoin, from $400 to $260, while maintaining a "Buy" rating. It also initiated coverage on Strike, a U.S. company, with a price target of $32 (implying 33% upside), based on a forecast that it will accumulate more than 27,100 BTC by the end of 2026.
