PKU HealthCare first-half net profit attributable to parent falls 44.5% to 55.67 million yuan

PKU HealthCare released its 2026 interim report, showing first-half net profit attributable to the parent of 55.67 million yuan, down 44.5% year on year. Operating revenue was 447 million yuan, down 53.3% year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items was 43.32 million yuan, down 55.9% year on year. Net operating cash flow was 242 million yuan, up 948.8% year on year. The decline was mainly because wholly owned subsidiary Beijing Xinyoushi Pharmaceutical and Peking University International Hospital terminated their business cooperation in May 2025, causing revenue and net profit in the pharmaceutical distribution segment to fall year on year. The company said its core business maintained stable profitability, and its securities investment business achieved good investment returns, cushioning the impact of the termination of the pharmaceutical distribution business.
