Hubei Energy disclosed its June power generation data, with the monthly output reaching 4.069 billion kilowatt-hours, an increase of 11.51 percent year-on-year. Hydropower generation was 1.837 billion kilowatt-hours, surging 37.60 percent year-on-year; thermal power generation was 1.501 billion kilowatt-hours, down 4.27 percent year-on-year; and new energy generation was 731 million kilowatt-hours, down 2.01 percent year-on-year. The company's cumulative power generation for the year reached 22.298 billion kilowatt-hours, up 9 percent year-on-year. The company cautioned that the above data are preliminary statistics and may be subject to significant fluctuations due to weather, water inflows and other factors, reminding investors not to simply extrapolate performance based on these figures.
