Total operating revenue was 759 million yuan, down 5.81% year on year. Net cash flow from operating activities was negative 102 million yuan. The company's latest asset-liability ratio was 19.21%, gross margin was 58.18%, ROE was 1.05%, and diluted earnings per share was 0.04 yuan.

Ocean's King Lighting has issued a performance forecast, estimating that net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the first half of 2026 will be between 24.5 million yuan and 31.8 million yuan, representing a year-on-year decline of 64.78% to 72.86%. The company explained that in the professional lighting segment, some industries were affected by slower fiscal budget approvals, leading to order revenue falling short of expectations. At the same time, the company increased forward-looking investments in its Lighting Plus strategy, causing a temporary rise in costs and expenses. Its holding subsidiary, Mingzhihui, saw a decline in revenue due to changes in the market environment and intensified low-price competition in the industry. During the reporting period, the company turned from a loss in the first quarter to a profit in the second quarter, and in the second half of the year it will accelerate the development of Lighting Plus smart scene solutions.
