MeiG Smart Technology Terminates Xi'an R&D Center Project, Shifts to AI R&D and Advanced Manufacturing

MeiG Smart Technology announced that its board of directors has approved a proposal to terminate the Xi'an R&D Center construction project. The remaining raised funds of 44.353 million yuan will be redirected to the 5G plus AIoT module and solutions industrialization project, which will be integrated and adjusted into the AI R&D and Advanced Manufacturing Industry Project. The total investment will increase to 571 million yuan, with 437 million yuan planned to come from raised funds, and the construction period extended to December 2030. The proposal still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for approval.
