Additionally, it provides data science analysis and evaluation services such as network security, software evaluation, and artificial intelligence testing; technical services including artificial intelligence ecosystem verification and human-machine efficacy evaluation; digital services comprising data governance capability evaluation, digital evaluation consulting and training, and data asset security compliance evaluation and inclusion; technical training and consulting; and software development. It serves industries including vehicle, aviation, rail transit, ship, communication, electricity, food, agriculture, medical, electronic, textile, and petrochemical. Formerly known as Guang Zhou GRG Metrology & Test Co., Ltd, it changed its name to GRG Metrology & Test Group Co., Ltd. in March 2023. The company was founded in 1964 and is based in Guangzhou, China.

GRG Metrology & Test first-half net profit up 25%, plans 1.5 yuan dividend per 10 shares

GRG Metrology & Test released its 2026 half-year results, reporting first-half operating revenue of 1.686 billion yuan, up 14.03% year on year, and net profit attributable to the parent of 122 million yuan, up 25.16% year on year. Operating cash flow was 123 million yuan, a sharp year-on-year increase of 55.67%. The company also plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.5 yuan before tax for every 10 shares to all shareholders. The company's net profit growth continued to outpace revenue growth, extending the positive momentum seen since its strategic transformation in 2024. Reliability and environmental testing business revenue reached 415 million yuan, up 11.17% year on year. Electromagnetic compatibility testing business revenue was 181 million yuan, up 9.18% year on year. Integrated circuit testing and analysis business revenue reached 144 million yuan, up 10.41% year on year. Data science analysis and evaluation business revenue was 131 million yuan, up 100.88% year on year. Life sciences business revenue reached 242 million yuan. The company said the rising share of technology innovation testing business and the optimization of downstream customer structure have become important variables determining corporate performance. Going forward, it will proactively capture development opportunities in emerging and future industries such as commercial aerospace, the low-altitude economy, and embodied intelligence.

GRG Metrology & Test announced that 54,144,106 restricted shares issued to specific investors in February 2026 will become tradable on August 12, 2026, representing 8.4650% of the company’s total share capital.
