Its products include fish, soy, and poultry snacks, along with deep-sea anchovies, low-GI dried tofu, soft-boiled quail eggs, dried meat, vegetarian meat, konjac fish, non-GMO soybeans, and duck breast, sold under the Jinzai, Seven Doctors, and Zhou Xianxian brands. The company exports to approximately 40 countries and regions across Europe, the Americas, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. Formerly known as Huawen Food Co., Ltd., it changed its name to Jinzai Food Group Co., Ltd. in April 2021, was founded in 2000, and is based in Changsha, China.

Among the three core categories, fish products generated revenue of 898 million yuan, up 18.73 percent year on year, ranking first in fish snack sales for nine consecutive years. Poultry products generated revenue of 286 million yuan, up 45.63 percent, the fastest growth. Soy products generated revenue of 138 million yuan, up 20.20 percent.
