Fastighets AB Balder Series B

Fastighets AB Balder reported a decline in first-half profit after tax attributable to parent company shareholders to 2.83 billion Swedish kronor from 3.46 billion kronor a year earlier. Earnings per share fell to 2.40 kronor from 2.91 kronor. Profit from property management attributable to parent company shareholders decreased to 2.78 billion kronor from 3.16 billion kronor, while profit from property management per share dropped 11 percent to 2.36 kronor. Adjusted for Balder's participation in profit from property management from Norion Bank, profit from property management per share rose 3 percent. Rental income increased to 7.03 billion kronor from 6.83 billion kronor.
