Robin Langenskiöld sells entire Sanoma stake to RR & Co Ab

Robin Langenskiöld's total holding in Sanoma Corporation has fallen below the 5% threshold after he and his sister Rafaela Seppälä sold their entire shareholding in the company to RR & Co Ab, a newly established entity owned by their children and grandchildren, in a generational transfer executed on Nasdaq Helsinki on 9 September 2026. The purchase price was based on the market price of Sanoma shares on Nasdaq Helsinki, less an agreed discount. Following the transaction, Langenskiöld's resulting holding is 0% of Sanoma's shares and voting rights, which total 163,565,663. RR & Co Ab is independent of the sellers, who hold no ownership or control over it, and the transfer aims to maintain the family's ownership under a unified structure to avoid fragmentation.
