Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company that develops and commercializes products for central nervous system (CNS) diseases in the United States. Its marketed products include Qelbree for ADHD, GOCOVRI for dyskinesia and levodopa/carbidopa in Parkinson's disease, Oxtellar XR for partial onset epilepsy seizures, APOKYN for off episodes in advanced Parkinson's disease, Trokendi XR for epilepsy and migraine prophylaxis, XADAGO for levodopa/carbidopa in Parkinson's disease with off episodes, and MYOBLOC for cervical dystonia and chronic sialorrhea. The company also develops ONAPGO for motor fluctuations in advanced Parkinson's disease, SPN-817 for epilepsy and related syndromes, SPN-820 for resistant depression, and SPN-443 for ADHD/CNS. It sells through pharmaceutical wholesalers, specialty pharmacies, and distributors, and has a development agreement with Navitor Inc. for SPN-820. Incorporated in 2005, it is based in Rockville, Maryland.
