Multiconsult ASA

Multiconsult ASA and Rejlers AB have announced a cross-border merger of equals to create Multiconsult Rejlers, a leading pan-Nordic multidisciplinary consultancy group. Under the merger plan, each Multiconsult shareholder will receive 0.9725 Rejlers class B shares per share, resulting in Multiconsult shareholders owning 54% and Rejlers shareholders 46% of the combined company. The new group will have close to 8,000 employees and a market capitalisation of close to SEK 8 billion, with headquarters in Stockholm and a main office in Oslo. Viktor Svensson will serve as President and CEO, with Kristin O. Augestad as Deputy CEO. The merger is expected to generate annual cost synergies of about SEK 100-120 million within three years, with one-off integration costs of approximately SEK 40 million. The combined entity will be dual listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and Euronext Oslo Børs, and completion is targeted for late 2026 or early 2027, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
