TECO Showcases Complete TJM Series Robotic Joint Modules at Taiwan Expo in Japan

TECO Electric & Machinery, together with its Japanese subsidiary TECO Japan, is showcasing its complete TJM Series robotic joint modules for the first time at Taiwan Expo in Japan in Tokyo. The series comprises five sizes with rated torque from 17 Nm to 361 Nm, peak torque up to 484 Nm, and a lightest module weighing only 0.7 kg, designed for humanoid robots, quadruped robots and intelligent automation equipment. TECO also exhibits its T Power Pro 400 kW Hairpin Oil-Cooled Direct Drive Motor, which delivers over 97.5% efficiency and is more than 30% smaller than conventional motors, along with high-payload commercial UAV powertrain systems supporting 50 to 150 kg-class platforms. TECO President Fei-Yuan Kao said Japan is a key focus of the company's global expansion, aiming to strengthen brand visibility and deepen local partnerships.

TECO Invests in Australian Solar and Battery Storage Projects

TECO Australia & New Zealand, a subsidiary of TECO Electric & Machinery, has invested in the Seaspray Solar plus Battery Energy Storage System project in Victoria, Australia, and will participate in the upcoming Tranche 2 energy portfolio. The Seaspray project combines a 5.48 megawatt-peak solar farm with an 11 megawatt-hour battery energy storage system, and through a joint venture with Billion Watts and Tun Green Power, TECO holds a 45 percent stake and is expected to secure the engineering, procurement, and construction contract. The Tranche 2 portfolio, which is part of a larger energy portfolio, totals 50 megawatts and 200 megawatt-hours, and TECO plans to supply key power infrastructure equipment including high-efficiency transformers, ring main units, and switchgear. The investments strengthen TECO's presence in Australia's renewable energy market and support its transformation into a comprehensive energy solutions provider.
