China Chunlai Education Group Co. Ltd

China Chunlai Education Group has agreed to acquire Dublin Business School, Ireland's leading independent third-level higher education institution, from global education company Kaplan for US$127.5 million. The transaction was announced in a filing with the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and remains subject to satisfaction of agreed completion conditions. China Chunlai, a leading private higher education group in China, operates seven colleges across three provinces and reported total enrollment of 116,784 students as of February 2026. DBS serves approximately 9,000 students annually and has partnerships with over 100 international colleges and universities. Kaplan is a subsidiary of Graham Holdings Company.
