Rokko Butter Announces Dividend Policy Change, Increase, and Shareholder Benefit Program Revision

Rokko Butter has announced a change in its dividend policy, an increase in dividends, and a revision to its shareholder benefit program. The company has newly set numerical targets in its previous dividend policy, including a minimum of 20 yen per share and a payout ratio of at least 40%. Accordingly, the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending December 2026 will be 30.50 yen per share. The previous forecast was 20.00 yen, and the prior fiscal year's dividend was also 20.00 yen. Simultaneously, the shareholder benefit program has been revised, changing the benefit from the company's products to Quo Cards and setting a minimum holding period.
