Heshun Electric hydrogen fuel cell procurement contract changes parties, total amount unchanged at 108 million yuan

Heshun Electric announced that it has signed a supplementary agreement with Hunan CRRC Intelligent Mobility Technology Company and Sichuan CRRC Railway Investment Rail Transit Company to change the parties to the procurement contract for 76 hydrogen fuel cell systems signed in March 2024. The total contract amount of 108.3027 million yuan remains unchanged. Under the supplementary agreement, units 1 through 10 will continue to be ordered and paid for by CRRC Intelligent Mobility, while units 11 through 76 will now be ordered and paid for directly by Sichuan CRRC Railway Investment. Sichuan CRRC Railway Investment is a subsidiary in which CRRC Intelligent Mobility holds a stake. The original procurement model was for CRRC Intelligent Mobility to purchase the systems centrally and then supply them to Sichuan CRRC Railway Investment. The company said this change will not have a material impact on its performance or operating condition, and the matter does not need to be submitted to the board of directors or shareholders for approval.

Heshun Electric wins China Petroleum Technical Services mobile energy storage project bid worth approximately 141 million yuan

Heshun Electric announced that it has won the bid for packages 1 and 4 of the China Petroleum Technical Services 2026-2028 mobile energy storage power service project, with a combined estimated bid amount of approximately 141.302 million yuan. Package 1 is for the Liaohe region, with a capacity of 206 megawatt-hours and an amount of approximately 77.4005 million yuan. Package 4 is for the northern Xinjiang region, with a capacity of 188 megawatt-hours and an amount of approximately 63.9015 million yuan. The tendering parties are all subsidiaries of China National Petroleum Corporation Oilfield Technical Services Company. The company stated that if the project is implemented smoothly, it will have a positive impact on future operating performance, but a formal contract has not yet been signed and there are risks of uncertainty.
