Newcapec's first-half net loss widens to 58.66 million yuan

Newcapec released its 2026 interim report, with net loss attributable to the parent company widening to 58.66 million yuan, compared with a loss of 31.17 million yuan in the same period last year. Operating revenue was 321 million yuan, up 2.2 percent year on year. Net loss attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items was 59.77 million yuan, compared with a loss of 33.12 million yuan a year earlier. Net operating cash flow was negative 99.57 million yuan, down 28.7 percent year on year. In the second quarter, operating revenue was 195 million yuan, up 10.5 percent year on year, while net loss attributable to the parent was 5.32 million yuan, down 266.2 percent year on year. The company said investment enthusiasm from banks and fiscal authorities for campus digitalization has rebounded, and newly signed orders grew well, but the related revenue has not yet met recognition conditions.
