Mengcao Ecology announced that it has received a notice of award, becoming the winning bidder for Construction Section Six of the integrated protection and restoration project for forests, grasslands, wetlands and wastelands under the Three-North Project in Urat Rear Banner, Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, for the year 2026. The winning bid amount is 95.4049 million yuan. This project is one section of the overall Three-North protection and restoration project, and its performance will have a positive impact on the company's future operations.

Mengcao Ecology recently won the bid for the ecological comprehensive management project in the southern Yinshan area of Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, for the year 2026. The winning bid amount is 51.45 million yuan, with a total treatment area of 327,800 mu. The project is part of the key area for ecological barrier construction along the southern foothills of the Yinshan Mountains under the Three-North Shelterbelt Program. The company plans to combine assisted natural restoration with natural regeneration for coordinated management, and expects to increase vegetation coverage of shrubland by more than 10 percent and natural grassland by more than 5 percent. The project is funded by ultra-long-term special government bonds, ensuring reliable disbursement. The company has recently won multiple key Three-North projects in Tongliao, Xilingol League, and Alxa League, with rapid order growth that is expected to effectively improve future cash flow and profitability.
