Buydeem released its 2026 interim report, showing first-half net profit attributable to the parent of 47.63 million yuan, down 14.7% year on year. Operating revenue was 495 million yuan, up 14.7% year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items was 45.58 million yuan, down 14.3% year on year. Net operating cash flow was negative 41.36 million yuan, down 417.25% year on year. Second-quarter net profit attributable to the parent was 14.87 million yuan, down 33.8% year on year. The company said the sharp decline in operating cash flow was mainly due to delayed payment collection caused by changes in the operating model and settlement methods of certain major channels, as well as increased working capital tied up in inventory buildup. At the same time, affected by geopolitical conflicts and fluctuations in the external trade environment, OEM and ODM business revenue fell 23.62% year on year.
