Its offerings include bone health drugs under the D-Cal brand, digestive drugs under the Mite brand, and liver disease drugs under the Fuzhenghuayu brand. The company also provides tumor and other severe disease drugs under the Utidelon, Gore Ning, Mai Ruibei, and Hai Ruisi brands; diabetes drugs under the Naida, Feburic, and Naite brands; medical nutrition under the Nutrasumma brand; and skincare under the Cactus brand. In addition, it offers ZAP-X, an AI radiosurgery robot for intracranial tumors and lesions; Cifu VAD, a fully magnetically levitated ventricular assist device; and the AtriCure Bipolar Radiofrequency Ablation Isolator for chronic atrial fibrillation. Incorporated in 2005 and based in Qingdao, China, the company is a subsidiary of Baiyang Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.

Baiyang Pharmaceutical's first-half net profit rises 37.72% year on year

Baiyang Pharmaceutical released its 2026 semi-annual report on the evening of August 28. In the first half of the year, it achieved operating revenue of 3.56 billion yuan, or 4.068 billion yuan after restating for the two-invoice system. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 225 million yuan, up 37.72% year on year, while non-GAAP net profit attributable to the parent company was 221 million yuan, up 24.58%. The company continued to focus on its own-brand operations, with brand operation revenue of 2.722 billion yuan, a gross margin of 48.59%, and gross profit accounting for 93.27% of the total. Diqiao brand revenue reached 1.05 billion yuan, up 16.01% year on year, maintaining its position as the top imported calcium supplement brand in China for ten consecutive years. Ganxianle achieved revenue of 368 million yuan, taking the top spot in the liver disease category of Chinese patent medicines at China's public medical institutions with an 11.47% market share. In the radiosurgery business, the core product ZAP-X Mars Boat radiosurgery robot has been approved for market launch in 26 countries and regions worldwide, with more than 8,100 clinical applications, and the company plans to produce 18 units in 2026. In the innovation pipeline, Giluntai, the world's first radionuclide drug conjugate targeting integrin αvβ3, has been approved for market launch, and RAB001, an innovative drug for treating osteonecrosis, has completed Phase II enrollment in China.

Baheal Pharmaceutical to invest 40 million yuan in Jikun Pharmaceutical to expand organ fibrosis pipeline

Baheal Pharmaceutical announced that it plans to invest 40 million yuan in cash in Tianjin Jikun Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. and sign an investment agreement with relevant parties. After this investment, the company will hold a 25.4399% stake in Jikun Pharmaceutical, and the transaction will not cause a change in the scope of consolidated financial statements. Since Baheal Pharmaceutical director Wang Tingwei serves as a director of Jikun Pharmaceutical, this investment constitutes a related-party transaction. Jikun Pharmaceutical focuses on innovative drug research and development in organ fibrosis, inflammatory immunity, and oncology, with seven Class I new drug pipelines. Baheal Pharmaceutical said the investment aims to expand its presence in the organ fibrosis field and deepen the breadth and depth of cooperation.

Changchun Cancer Hospital brings together top oncology experts from across the country, and this collaboration will accelerate the delivery of advanced precision radiosurgery technology to patients in Northeast China.
