Integrated Service Technology Inc. researches, develops, and manufactures integrated circuits, and provides analysis, burn-in, and testing services in Taiwan and internationally. It offers MOSFET wafer backend processes, including front-side metallization, backside grinding, and backside metallization, as well as turnkey backend solutions such as chip probing, laser marking, vacuum mounting, ring removal, die sawing, frame probing, tape and reel, and final test. The company also provides verification analysis, engineering sample preparation, failure analysis, signal integrity testing, design quality management, material analysis, reliability design testing, chemical and material analysis, and various consultancy services. Incorporated in 1994, it is based in Hsinchu City, Taiwan.
