Loadstar Securities to offer first real estate security token under new structure, raising 3.83 billion yen backed by large Yokohama hotel
Loadstar Capital announced on July 16 that its subsidiary Loadstar Securities will offer a real estate security token backed by a large hotel in Yokohama. The offering is named Loadstar Group Digital Security Yokohama Isezakicho Hotel, with a total issue amount of 3.83 billion yen, a minimum subscription of 500,000 yen per unit, an estimated average distribution yield of 4.1 percent per annum, and a planned investment period of approximately 10 years. The underlying asset is the 399-room Chisun Hotel Yokohama Isezakicho in Naka Ward, Yokohama, which is held by Loadstar Capital and employs a full equity structure with no borrowing. Applications will be accepted from August 1, with a deadline of noon on August 27. Loadstar Securities changed its trade name from Hash DasH in April 2026 and rebranded its service as OwnersBook Plus, making this the first real estate security token offering since the launch of the new structure.
