Round One Expands Crane Game Areas to 76 Stores, Driving Revenue Growth
Round One reported increased revenue in the first quarter of fiscal year ending March 2027, expanding its business both domestically and internationally. Revenue reached 51.377 billion yen (up 18.2% year-on-year), operating profit was 6.339 billion yen (up 4.3%), but net profit declined to 3.368 billion yen (down 1.1%) due to higher financial costs and income tax expenses. In its domestic operations, the company expanded its dedicated crane game area "Tore Sugi no Island" to 76 stores as of the end of June, achieving double-digit revenue growth across all segments, including bowling and amusement. The full-year forecast remains unchanged, with expected revenue of 219.09 billion yen (up 15.6% from the previous year) and operating profit of 33.05 billion yen (up 14.9%).
