Yingda Futures' Actual Controller Approved to Change to China National Petroleum Corporation

The actual controller of Yingda Futures Co., Ltd. has been approved to change to China National Petroleum Corporation. CNPC Capital announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CNPC Capital Co., Ltd., acquired 100% equity of Yingda Futures held by Yingda Securities for 1.129 billion yuan. The transaction has been approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and recently received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. State Grid Yingda previously stated that the transfer of 100% equity of Yingda Futures by its wholly-owned subsidiary Yingda Securities is conducive to focusing on its main business and optimizing its business structure. Yingda Futures was established in 1996, with a registered capital of 658 million yuan, and has branches in multiple locations across the country.
