Lu Junfei appointed chairman of Bright Dairy, as major shareholder Bright Food Group welcomes first female leader

Bright Dairy announced that Lu Junfei, born in 1978, has been appointed chairman of the company, succeeding former chairman Huang Liming who resigned less than a month ago. Lu Junfei is a veteran of Bright Food, having previously served as deputy general manager of Bright Dairy, and later as chairman of Shanghai Sugar, Tobacco and Wine Group. Before returning, he was vice president of major shareholder Bright Food Group. This leadership change marks the near completion of the latest round of management reshuffle at Bright Food Group, which has six listed companies, five of them on the A-share market. Bright Food Group welcomed its first female leader, Xu Ziying, in early June. She previously served as chairman of Shanghai Lingang and president of Bailian Group.
