VUM02 Injection Phase I/II Trial Enrolls and Doses First Subject, Says Zhongyuan Union

Zhongyuan Union announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhan Optics Valley Zhongyuan Pharmaceutical, has made progress in the Phase I/II clinical trial of its self-developed VUM02 injection. The first subject in the Phase I multiple-dose stage was enrolled and dosed on July 17, 2026. The injection is a cryopreserved stem cell product for treating steroid-refractory grade II to IV acute graft-versus-host disease. It received clinical trial approval from the National Medical Products Administration in October 2023.
