ST Tony expects to turn profitable in H1 2026 with net profit of 135 million to 165 million yuan

ST Tony disclosed its earnings forecast, expecting a net profit attributable to the parent company of 135 million yuan to 165 million yuan for the first half of 2026, compared with a loss of 41.2121 million yuan in the same period last year, turning from loss to profit year-on-year. The net profit after deducting non-recurring items is expected to be a loss of 139 million yuan to 169 million yuan, compared with a loss of 53.5846 million yuan in the same period last year, with the loss widening. The company stated that the turnaround was mainly due to the recognition of substantial investment income from the transfer of part of the equity in Huzhou Tony New Energy Co., Ltd., but the loss after deducting non-recurring items widened due to factors such as a significant increase in income tax expenses, rising research and development expenses, and increased credit impairment losses.
