Shengyang Technology Plans to Acquire 100% Stake in Triax for £4.19 Million

A controlled subsidiary of Shengyang Technology plans to acquire a 100% stake in Triax UK Limited through a cash payment, with a transaction value of £4.19 million, equivalent to approximately 38.17 million yuan. Triax is a globally leading supplier of audio, video, and data signal reception and distribution products and solutions. Its main products include TV headends, antennas, and satellite reception terminals, serving customers such as broadcasters, mobile broadcast operators, and system integrators across markets in the UK, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. In fiscal years 2024 and 2025, Triax reported revenues of £10.61 million and £9.53 million respectively, with adjusted net profits of £611,000 and £858,100, showing a growth trend. Shengyang Technology stated that this acquisition is a key move to align with the national satellite internet strategy and advance its international expansion. Its subsidiary FTA has already begun cooperation verification with major European satellite operators such as Eutelsat and SES. Upon completion of the transaction, the company can quickly gain access to an established overseas business platform and customer resources, achieve technological complementarity and product synergy, and expand market channels in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
