Buchang Pharma's controlling subsidiary Sichuan Luzhou Buchang Biopharmaceutical has had its clinical trial application for a new indication of BC008-1A injection accepted by the National Medical Products Administration. BC008-1A is a bispecific antibody specifically targeting PD-1 and TIGIT. The proposed new indication is for use in combination with bevacizumab for the treatment of recurrent CNS WHO grade 4 glioma in adults. As of July 31, 2026, cumulative R&D investment in this product was approximately 115 million yuan, and no bispecific antibody drug targeting the same targets has been approved for marketing domestically or internationally.
Buchang Pharma Subsidiaries Complete Drug Manufacturing License Updates
Buchang Pharma announced that its wholly owned subsidiaries Buchang Gaoxin and Shaanxi Buchang Pharma completed changes to their Drug Manufacturing Licenses on July 24, 2026. Buchang Gaoxin added a contract manufacturing scope for capsules, added a pre-extraction workshop, a hard capsule production line in Solid Workshop II, and a tablet production line in Solid Workshop I, with its classification code changed to AhzChz. Shaanxi Buchang Pharma added production lines for Pramipexole Dihydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets and Suanzaoren Dihuang Capsules, removed the contract manufacturing scope for Kechuan'an Oral Liquid, and changed its classification code to AhzBhzCh.

Baoding Tianhao, a wholly owned subsidiary of Buchang Pharma, has signed two technology development entrustment contracts with Beijing Xinliyan, commissioning the latter to carry out the research and development, registration application, and entrusted manufacturing of injectable silk fibroin filler and injectable hydroxyapatite filler. Both products are national Class III medical devices, intended respectively for the treatment of midface volume loss and mandibular contour deficiency. All ownership, intellectual property rights, and revenue rights of the collaborative products belong exclusively to Baoding Tianhao.
