Qifan Cable released its 2026 semi-annual report, achieving operating revenue of 12.144 billion yuan, up 19.46% year on year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 196 million yuan, up 20.02% year on year. The company's second-quarter net profit was 101 million yuan, and first-quarter net profit was 95 million yuan. Based on this calculation, second-quarter net profit rose 5% quarter on quarter.

Qifan Cable and Jinan Satellite Industry Development Group have signed a strategic cooperation agreement, making each other the preferred strategic partner in satellite-related industrial fields. Jinan Satellite is a commercial aerospace industry platform built by Jigang Group under the Jinan State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, with manufacturing capacity for one hundred satellites per year, deeply engaged in satellite assembly, space environment testing, remote sensing applications, and other areas. Under the agreement, the two sides will leverage their respective resource advantages in satellite development and specialty cable research and manufacturing, prioritize business collaboration under equal commercial and technical conditions, promote deep linkage in aerospace supporting cables and other fields, and achieve mutual empowerment of the aerospace industry and high-end cable manufacturing.
