Sine Electric 2026 Interim Report: Revenue and Net Profit Both Rise, Operating Cash Flow Turns Negative

Sine Electric released its 2026 interim report, with operating revenue of 257 million yuan, up 17.05 percent year on year, and net profit attributable to the parent company of 25 million yuan, up 15.57 percent. Net cash flow from operating activities was negative 7 million yuan, shifting from a net inflow in the same period last year to a net outflow, mainly due to increased inventory buildup. The company focuses on variable frequency drives, integrated machines, and servo systems. Performance growth was driven by integrated machines, new energy products, overseas market expansion, and higher order sales at its wholly owned subsidiary Tenghe Motor. First-half research and development expenses were 21.23 million yuan, up 19.50 percent year on year, accounting for 8.25 percent of operating revenue, with a focus on industrial AI algorithms, wide-bandgap device applications, and high-power servo drives. Accounts receivable at the end of the period stood at 166 million yuan, up 37.61 percent from the beginning of the period, indicating pressure on collection management.
