Aichi FG and Sanjusan FG Call Off Basic Merger Agreement

Aichi Financial Group and Sanjusan Financial Group announced on the 10th that they have decided to cancel their basic agreement on a business integration. The two companies had aimed to integrate by April 1, 2027, but said they were unable to bridge differences of opinion over the direction of the joint holding company. The presidents of both companies will hold a press conference at 5 p.m. to explain.
