United Arrows first-quarter operating profit rises 27.5 percent
United Arrows reported first-quarter results for the fiscal year ending March 2027, with revenue of 39.7 billion yen, up 4.2 percent year on year, and operating profit of 3.2 billion yen, up 27.5 percent. Gross profit margin fell 0.6 percentage points from a year earlier to 54.6 percent, but the selling, general and administrative expense ratio improved by 2.1 percentage points to 46.5 percent, boosting profit. Against the full-year operating profit forecast of 10 billion yen, first-quarter progress reached 32.3 percent.
