It operates through three segments: Sales of Petroleum and Related Products; Electricity Business; and Utilities Services and Related Products. The company is involved in energy investments, water treatment, tap water project management and development, tap water production and distribution, energy exports and imports, LPG service stations, petroleum product distribution, and biogas electricity production and distribution. It was formerly known as Seven Utilities and Power Public Company Limited and changed its name to All Energy & Utilities Public Company Limited in May 2024. The company was incorporated in 1995.
