Aebi Schmidt raises synergy target to $40m, targets $3b revenue by 2030
Aebi Schmidt Group has raised its annual run-rate synergy target from the Shyft Group acquisition to at least $40 million, up from a pre-merger estimate of $25 to $30 million, and outlined a long-term strategy to surpass $3 billion in annual revenue with a mid-teen adjusted EBITDA margin by 2030. The company reported a 29% year-over-year increase in order intake and a 21% rise in adjusted EBITDA since the acquisition closed. Key milestones over the past year include the launch of the new ServicePRO truck body, expansion of the Chicago Super Center, and a streamlined brand architecture from more than 20 brands to 11. Aebi Schmidt also secured significant contracts, including a $15 million deal from an e-commerce customer under a framework agreement of up to $42 million, an $11 million award for German highway maintenance, and a $46 million contract with Airport de Paris.
