CEA Industries Reports Q1 GAAP Loss of $0.22 Per Share

CEA Industries reported a first-quarter GAAP loss of $0.22 per share, according to the company's press release. Revenue from the Retail and Industry segment came in at $7.2 million, down from $7.5 million in the combined prior-year quarter. Gross profit was $2.0 million, compared to $2.3 million in the combined prior-year period. Cash and cash equivalents totaled $7.1 million at quarter-end, up from $3.1 million at April 30, 2026.

YZi Labs and CEA Industries Reach Cooperation Agreement to Strengthen BNC Governance

CEA Industries and YZi Labs have entered a cooperation agreement that ends a proxy contest and reshapes the board of the Nasdaq-listed company, which manages the world's largest corporate treasury of BNB. The board has appointed Ella Zhang, Alex Odagiu and Matthew Roszak as directors, joining existing members Carly E. Howard, Annemarie Tierney and Glenn Tyranski, and the two sides will jointly search for an additional independent director with digital asset and public company experience. Alex Odagiu will serve as Interim President while a CEO search committee focuses on candidates with significant public company and digital asset backgrounds, and David Namdar continues as CEO during the transition. YZi Labs has terminated its consent solicitation and agreed to customary voting and standstill provisions. The full cooperation agreement will be filed with the SEC as an exhibit to a Form 8-K and a Schedule 13D amendment.
