BTC Digital regains Nasdaq compliance, shares rebound after hours
BTC Digital announced on Friday that it regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement after its closing bid price stayed at or above $1 for 10 consecutive business days. The company had received a deficiency notice on August 27 after its shares traded below $1 for 30 consecutive days. Nasdaq confirmed the compliance and closed the matter ahead of the February 23, 2027 deadline. Shares closed 8.33% lower at $1.76 but gained 1.14% in after-hours trading as investors appeared relieved by the update.
