Castle Biosciences raises 2026 revenue guidance to $365M-$375M
Castle Biosciences raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $365 million to $375 million, up from the prior range of $345 million to $355 million, following second-quarter revenue of $103.5 million that represented 20% growth over the same period in 2025. The company reported that TissueCypher test volume grew 63% year-over-year to 14,988 reports in the quarter, and based on first-half trends, full-year TissueCypher volume is expected to trend toward 50% to 52% growth. DecisionDx-Melanoma test reports increased 3% to 10,280, a moderation attributed to the commercial team adapting its engagement model to support three products within the same customer call. Castle also delivered more than 1,000 orders for AdvanceAD-Tx and noted a referenced crosswalk rate of $3,675, with preliminary draft 2026 CLFS rate schedules expected in late September. The company reported a net loss of $2.1 million, or $0.07 per diluted share, compared to net income of $4.5 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, in the prior-year quarter, and held $266.8 million in cash, cash equivalents, and marketable investment securities as of June 30, 2026.
