Digital Asset Acquisition Corp. postpones shareholder vote on Old Glory Bank merger to August 14
Digital Asset Acquisition Corp. has postponed its extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to August 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, pushing back the vote on its proposed initial business combination with Old Glory Holding Company, known as Old Glory Bank. The meeting was originally scheduled for July 31, 2026, and will now be held at the offices of Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP in New York and virtually via live webcast. The deadline for holders of DAAQ’s Class A ordinary shares issued in its initial public offering to submit shares for redemption in connection with the business combination was July 29, 2026. The resolutions to be considered remain unchanged from those detailed in the definitive proxy statement mailed to shareholders of record as of July 7, 2026. DAAQ plans to continue soliciting proxies from shareholders ahead of the rescheduled meeting.
