Space-Eyes and McKinley Acquisition Corp. Announce Definitive Business Combination Agreement
Space-Eyes and McKinley Acquisition Corp. have entered into a definitive business combination agreement that will take Space-Eyes public with an implied pro forma equity valuation of $638 million, assuming no redemptions from McKinley’s trust account and the initial $5 million tranche from a PIPE. The combined company will be named Space-Eyes and is expected to list on Nasdaq under the ticker CUAS, with the transaction anticipated to close in the fourth quarter of 2026. McKinley has sourced up to $75 million in PIPE financing to augment its $176.7 million of trust capital, with $5 million to be invested upon the filing of the registration statement. Eric Trump has been announced as an investor and strategic adviser. Space-Eyes provides AI-driven counter-drone technology and geospatial intelligence platforms for defense, security, and enterprise operations worldwide.
