Sizzle Acquisition Corp. II - Class A ordinary shares

Trasteel Holding S.A. announced that its Italian subsidiary Profilmec Group has completed a significant energy efficiency and digitalization upgrade at its production site in Cuneo, Italy in early July 2026. The project, developed in collaboration with ABB and CIEB Nuova, centers on a new-generation low-voltage electrical switchboard that provides real-time visibility over energy consumption, supports predictive maintenance, and enables data-driven decisions. The upgrade is part of Trasteel's broader strategy to strengthen operational excellence through targeted investments in digitalization and energy efficiency. Trasteel is also progressing toward a business combination with Sizzle Acquisition Corp. II to form a new global steel trading and industrial public holding company expected to trade under the symbol TSTL.
