Dekuple Group Reports Solid First-Half 2026 Growth

Dekuple Group, a European leader in Communication and Data Marketing, reported first-half 2026 revenue of €121.9 million, up 3.9%, and net revenue of €90.3 million, up 2.2%, driven by strong Digital Marketing growth and international expansion. Digital Marketing net revenue rose 8.4% to €57.0 million, while international net revenue surged 37.1% to €13.8 million, now representing 15.3% of total net revenue. The Magazines business declined 7.2% to €29.5 million, and Insurance net revenue fell 3.8% to €3.8 million, with a strategic review ongoing. Chairman and CEO Bertrand Laurioz reaffirmed the Ambition 2030 roadmap, highlighting AI integration and targeted acquisitions as key growth enablers. DÉKUPLE shareholders approve €0.76 dividend and board renewal

DÉKUPLE’s mixed general meeting approved a dividend of €0.76 per share, payable on June 26, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of June 24.
