Ero Copper Reports Strong Q2 2026 Results and Cash Inflection
Ero Copper Corp. reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $284.3 million, an 8% increase from the first quarter, driven by higher copper prices and gold sales volumes. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $144 million from $125.2 million in the prior quarter, while cash flow from operations increased approximately 49% to $137.9 million. Consolidated copper production was 17,315 tonnes, with C1 cash costs of $2.42 per pound, and gold production totaled 20,553 ounces. Net debt declined by $38 million to $452.7 million, reducing the leverage ratio to 0.8, and the company repaid an additional $25 million on its revolving credit facility in July, bringing 2026 repayments to $60 million. Management maintained full-year copper production guidance of 67,500 to 77,500 tonnes and increased capital expenditure guidance by $10 million to $285 million to $330 million for a new power line at Xavantina.
