Fossil Group, Inc. designs, develops, markets, and distributes consumer fashion accessories in the United States, Europe, Asia, and internationally. Its products include traditional watches, smartwatches, jewelry, handbags, small leather goods, belts, and sunglasses, and it also manufactures and distributes private label brands. The company offers products under proprietary brands such as FOSSIL, SKAGEN, MICHELE, RELIC, and ZODIAC, as well as licensed brands including ARMANI EXCHANGE, DIESEL, EMPORIO ARMANI, KATE SPADE NEW YORK, MICHAEL KORS, SKECHERS, and TORY BURCH. It sells through company-owned retail and outlet stores, department and specialty retail stores, mass market stores, e-commerce sites, licensed and franchised FOSSIL retail stores, retail concessions, and airlines, and operates stores under the WATCH STATION and WSI brands. The company was formerly known as Fossil, Inc. and changed its name to Fossil Group, Inc. in May 2013; it was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Richardson, Texas.

Fossil to join the Russell 2000 Index as turnaround continues

Fossil Group announced it will join the small-cap Russell 2000 Index following the June 2026 Russell Reconstitution, effective after the U.S. market close on June 26. CEO Franco Fogliato said the inclusion should enhance the company’s visibility among investors as it executes its turnaround plan and pursues long-term profitable growth. Fossil shares have rallied more than 200% over the past 52 weeks, though they have pulled back from an April high. Both Seeking Alpha analysts and Wall Street analysts hold a consensus Buy rating on the stock.
