Freedom Holding Corp., through its subsidiaries, provides securities brokerage, securities dealing, market making, investment research, investment counseling, retail and commercial banking, and insurance products. It operates through four segments: Brokerage, Banking, Insurance, and Other. The Brokerage segment offers investment banking services such as M&A, underwriting, and capital markets advisory, along with margin lending, capital raising, and debt capital markets solutions. The Banking segment provides retail and commercial banking services, including deposits, multi-currency payment cards, consumer and SME loans, payment and acquiring solutions, and money transfers. The Insurance segment offers life and general insurance products, such as life, health, annuity, accident, property, casualty, civil liability, obligatory worker emergency insurance, travel insurance, and reinsurance. The Other segment includes payment processing, online ticket sales, telecommunications, media, cloud services, and proprietary securities trading. The company also offers repurchase and reverse repurchase agreements, securities borrowed and loaned transactions, covers short positions, settles other securities obligations, and provides a Tradernet software platform for client margin risk evaluation and middle office security transfer requests. It operates in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Cyprus, the United States, and internationally. The company was formerly known as BMB Munai, Inc. and is based in New York, New York.

Freedom Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., a subsidiary of Freedom Holding Corp., has received an operating license from the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye, becoming the first broadly authorized foreign brokerage firm to receive such a license in Türkiye since 1992. The license marks an important step in Freedom Holding Corp.'s expansion in Türkiye and supports its broader strategy to grow its brokerage business and international capital markets infrastructure in the country. Freedom Finansal Hizmetler has received approval from Türkiye's Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and the Competition Authority to acquire 99.32% of Turkish Bank from Özyol Holding and the National Bank of Kuwait. The transaction excludes TurkishBank Group's operations in the UK and Cyprus.
