Fusemachines has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum market value of publicly held shares requirement. The company received a letter from Nasdaq on July 7, 2026, confirming that it now meets the MVPHS standard under Listing Rule 5450(b)(1)(C). As a result, Fusemachines’ common stock will continue to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market.

Fusemachines announced the expansion of its collaboration with a global retailer specializing in luxury handbags to enhance enterprise AI capabilities in demand planning, pricing prediction, and merchandising. The retailer operates more than 1,000 locations worldwide and serves millions of customers across North America, Europe, and Asia. The expanded engagement builds on several years of successful collaboration and will deliver AI solutions for demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and inventory planning. Fusemachines CEO Dr. Sameer Maskey said the expansion reflects the value AI creates when embedded into critical business processes and noted opportunities to add agentic AI capabilities that can proactively monitor conditions and automate workflows.
