Interlink Communication Public Company Limited, or ILINK, expects its second half of 2026 performance to grow strongly, supported by the AI, cloud, and data center megatrends that are driving higher demand for signal cables and communication equipment. At the same time, the company signed a contract with the Provincial Electricity Authority, or PEA, on 6 July 2026 for construction of a 115 kV high-voltage submarine cable circuit 4 with 24-core fiber optic to Koh Samui, worth more than 1.813 billion baht. Revenue recognition is expected to begin gradually from the third quarter of 2026 onward. The project increases the company's backlog and reinforces its status as Thailand's champion in submarine cables, with more than 17 years of experience in submarine cable work. For the second quarter of 2026, the signal cable distribution business posted revenue of 761.94 million baht and profit of 61.94 million baht, while the project engineering business posted revenue of 27.20 million baht. The company will focus on quality growth alongside disciplined cost and capital management to capture long-term opportunities from digital infrastructure and the energy transition.

ILINK expects revenue from solar product sales to grow 100 percent this year from last year, exceeding its original target, after the government outlined support for household solar rooftop installation costs of 50,000 baht per household and tax deductions of up to 200,000 baht. Mr. Sombat Anantarumporn, Chairman of Interlink Communication Public Company Limited, said the operating performance trend for the third quarter of 2026 will continue to grow from the second quarter of 2026, when revenue was about 761 million baht, due to higher revenue recognition from the order backlog after receiving projects from the Provincial Electricity Authority worth more than 1.8 billion baht in July 2026. Meanwhile, engineering work has a backlog of 2 billion baht, with about 1 billion baht expected to be delivered during the rest of this year, and the company is also awaiting results of government project bids worth about 9 billion baht.
