Inseego Q2 revenue beats guidance but full-year outlook cut

Inseego reported second-quarter revenue of $44 million, above its guided range, but lowered its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to approximately $155 million due to product delays and a slower recovery in its fixed wireless access segment. The company cited engineering process limitations that caused delays in new product introductions, and it removed $15 million to $20 million of previously expected revenue from multiple system operators because of unpredictable sales cycles. Inseego also said software services revenue will decline by about $2 million per quarter starting in the third quarter as a Tier 1 carrier customer reduces its professional services requirements. The company expects to close its acquisition of Nokia's fixed wireless access business in the fourth quarter, which has an annual revenue run rate of approximately $200 million.

Inseego appoints regional leaders and sets international headquarters to support global expansion

Inseego Corp. announced several initiatives to advance its international growth strategy in support of its planned acquisition of Nokia's fixed wireless access business. The company appointed Pranav Shroff as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for India and Asia Pacific sales, and Ossi Korpela as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Europe, Middle-East, and Africa sales, both joining the executive team.
